Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (RERC) Net Metering Regulations 2024 govern all three state DISCOMs:

JVVNL (Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam) — Jaipur, Dausa, Sikar, Alwar
AVVNL (Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam) — Ajmer, Nagaur, Bhilwara
JdVVNL (Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam) — Jodhpur, Bikaner, Sri Ganganagar, Hanumangarh
