Yes, under the Delhi Solar Policy 2023 (notified March 2024), residential consumers get a state capital subsidy of ₹10,000/kW (maximum ₹30,000 for a 3 kW system) plus a Generation-Based Incentive (GBI) of ₹3/kWh for systems up to 3 kW or ₹2/kWh for 3-10 kW, paid monthly for 5 years.
